30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to love your shirt! If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect items shipped
- Size exchanges (subject to availability)
How to Return
- Email us at hello@fractaloutlook.com with your order number
- Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
- We'll provide a return shipping label
- Ship the item back in its original condition
Refunds
Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect the item within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Subject to availability (remember, designs are only available for 24 hours!)
- We'll do our best to accommodate size changes
- If the design is no longer available, we'll offer a refund or credit
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Shirts worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Returns requested after 30 days
